Our Story

RJM Properties GR, LLC (RJM) is a small, locally owned licensed general contracting company in West Michigan that has completed a variety of projects since starting in 2014. RJM brings a wealth of knowledge to the development and construction of projects as the owners and employees have over 60 years combined experience in the construction industry.

The owners and employees working to make RJM Properties GR a household name in the community have done multiple single and multi-family developments that consist of purchasing property, dividing property, and building homes; over 100 custom homes have been general contracted by the owners and employees at RJM. Additionally, RJM has recently completed a 66-unit apartment development in the Belknap Neighborhood in Grand Rapids, MI; a 188-bed student housing project in Allendale, MI; and a 60-unit apartment complex in Caledonia, MI.

RJM Properties GR will take a project from need and concept to purchasing property, through township and city approval, zoning changes, developing and constructing, to final occupancy bringing the project full circle. RJM has completed consulting work with other developments and organizations within West Michigan and guidance through a project. RJM also will hold projects in house and manage them after completion depending on the needs to the project.

RJM Properties GR is unique in that we invest in our own projects along with our investors. We take on the same risk that our investors do during construction as well as after a project is complete. RJM believes in providing a quality product that will not only benefit the community but will also benefit its investors.
